CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING:

I ask clients to please reschedule or cancel the day before your appointment, otherwise:  

​​

• $25 fee for NO-SHOW/NO-CALL on your next visit.

 

• IF YOU NO-SHOW/NO-CALL and you are using a REPAID/GIFT CARD or a PACKAGED APPOINTMENT, these will be redeemed.

​​

• $25 fee if YOU CANCEL or RESCHEDULES on the same day of your appointment.​

​​

• Appointment time is not the length of the massage.  Actual massage time is what ever time remains after: Your arriving, late or on time, using restroom during the appointment time, chit-chatting, consultation, dressing before and after & checking out.  ​

• Full payment will be taken even if: Your arriving late or on time, using restroom during the appointment time, chit-chatting, consultation, dressing before and after & checking out.
