HOT STONE MASSAGE THERAPY    

 

  • 60 minute appointment $70

  • This treatment is treated as a full body Swedish Massage. Swedish technique is applied to the entire back and front of your body. It is when you turn around that stones are applied along the spine while you are facing down (prone position) and two large hot-stones onto your palms. Two large stones at the crest of your pelvis, 7 medium stones along the spine. After the stones are applied I continue with massage therapy at your lower extremities. 

 

  • INTENT: The heat & weight of the stones when combed with massage provides a very healing and effective experience. The hot stones expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the tissues. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.
